The scope, pricing, and timeline of any specific project are governed by a written proposal or contract signed by both parties.
Free on-site estimates are provided at no obligation. An estimate reflects expected costs based on information available at the time of the visit. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or signed contract. Estimates are not binding commitments until both parties have signed a written agreement. Prices may change if the scope of work changes, unforeseen site conditions are discovered, or material costs change between the estimate and the project start date. Any changes to the agreed scope or price will be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work is performed.
Project start dates are scheduled based on permit timelines, material availability, and crew scheduling. We will communicate your scheduled start date in writing. If you need to reschedule or cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposit refund policies, are stated in your signed project contract. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather, permitting delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Payment terms are specified in your signed project contract. Typical terms include a deposit due at contract signing, progress payments tied to project milestones, and a final payment due upon project completion and your acceptance of the finished work. We accept payment methods as specified in your contract. Balances not paid by their due date may be subject to late fees as specified in the contract. Work may be suspended on projects with outstanding overdue balances.
We obtain all required building permits for work we perform, as required by Palm Beach County and applicable Florida law. Permit fees are typically included in your project quote or itemized separately. You are responsible for disclosing any known HOA restrictions, easements, or property conditions that may affect the project before work begins. We are not responsible for delays or costs arising from undisclosed HOA restrictions or property conditions.
Any workmanship warranty is stated explicitly in your signed project contract. Materials are subject to the manufacturer warranty terms applicable to those materials. We do not provide any warranty beyond what is expressly stated in your signed contract. The website and any information on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on this website.
