Greenacres Lanai Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2019 by local contractors who saw a real need in Palm Beach County: homeowners wanted well-built sunrooms and patio enclosures, but too many options were either out-of-area companies unfamiliar with Florida building codes or general contractors treating sunroom work as a side job.
We started close to home - serving Greenacres and the surrounding neighborhoods along the SR-7 corridor. Most homes here were built between the 1970s and 1990s, and a lot of homeowners want more out of their existing footprint without relocating. A well-designed sunroom or enclosed patio does exactly that.
South Florida has its own demands: hurricane wind-load requirements, year-round humidity, intense UV exposure, and a permitting process that requires genuine local knowledge to navigate smoothly. We built this company around those realities. Every project is designed for this climate, permitted through Palm Beach County, and built to hold up through storm season.
Today we serve 12 communities across Palm Beach County, from Riviera Beach to Boca Raton. We are still a local company - not a franchise, not a call center - and we intend to keep it that way.
